I'm Connor Merry. In college I read "Baseball Between the Numbers: Why Everything You Know About the Game is Wrong". My love of sports and math were brought together. It drastically changed my view by challenging conventional wisdom with the power of data.

Since then, I have entered the actuarial field while also studying programming on the side. After passing the first two actuarial exams, I pivoted to learning Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Python, R, and SQL. Using these tools, I as well try to challenge conventional wisdom with the power of data.
